We cut our quote-to-close from 11 days to 4. Not with a new process — we’d tried three. What changed was [thing Acme does], and honestly the part I didn’t expect was how fast the AEs adopted it.

Happy to share what we did differently if anyone’s fighting the same thing.

Same targeting. Same budget. The one on the right is what LinkedIn’s own data says wins.

03 How it works

Three steps, and your CS team sends one message.

  1. We find your advocates.

Connect your CRM. We rank the customers who’d credibly post — by account health, seniority, and how much their network overlaps your target accounts.

  2. They post. We make it easy.

Your CSM sends a two-minute ask. The customer gets a specific brief and a draft in their own words, edits it, and publishes from their own profile.

  3. We sponsor it to your target accounts.

Permission runs through LinkedIn’s native flow. Fresh creatives rotate weekly. Every engaged account gets matched back to your pipeline.

04 Why customers

Why customers, not creators or execs

Exec posts scale with one person’s calendar. Creators bring an audience, but not credibility with your product. Customers bring both — and a supply that grows with your business. LinkedIn’s data says the post matters more than the poster. Paid targeting supplies the reach.

One exec posts twice a month. Forty customers post forty times — and every renewal adds another.

05 Pricing

Quoted per campaign, after a short call.

What a campaign includes

  • Advocate selection and ranking from your CRM
  • The ask, the brief, and a first draft for every customer
  • Permission and disclosure handling through LinkedIn
  • Media management against your target account list
  • Pipeline reporting on every account the posts touched

What sets the number

  • How many advocates you want activated
  • The size of the target account list
  • How long the campaign runs

Your LinkedIn ad spend is separate and stays in your own account — we never take a cut of media.

06 FAQ

Questions a marketing leader asks first

Will my customers actually post?

With a specific, low-effort ask from someone they already know, yes. Storylane and Rippling built programs of 40 and 300+ posting customers respectively. We design the ask and the incentive; your CSM sends it.

Is this compliant?

Yes. Permission runs through LinkedIn’s own approval flow, the author can revoke at any time, and any incentive triggers an auto-inserted disclosure. Legal gets an approval queue before anything publishes.

Isn’t this just an advocacy program?

Advocacy programs produce references and case studies to close deals you’re already in. This produces net-new pipeline from accounts that have never heard of you. Different job, different budget.

Isn’t this influencer marketing?

Influencers rent you an audience. Your customers lend you credibility. And we target the audience with paid media, so follower count doesn’t matter.

What do I need?

A LinkedIn ad account, a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), and a CS team willing to send one message per customer.

Run your first customer-driven campaign.

We select the advocates, write the briefs, run the media, and report the pipeline. You bring the ad account. Tell us where you are and we’ll come back with pricing.
